If This Is Your First Prom Dress

Three things every first-timer should know.

    Bring a photo of your venue.

    A school gym reads different than a country-club ballroom. Photos help us pull dresses that won't get lost (or steal the room).

  2. 02

    Know your color before you walk in.

    Half the work is done if you've decided "I want red" before opening the door. Not sure? We'll narrow it together in the first ten minutes.

  3. 03

    Schedule the alterations in.

    Most prom dresses need a hem and a back. Build in 3 weeks. Our in-house seamstress books fast in March.
